Cancellation Policy
🕒 Appointment Policy: To ensure optimal scheduling efficiency and respect for our practitioners' time, please adhere to the following appointment guidelines: 1. Changes or Cancellations: Kindly provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. 2. Cancellation Fees:A ppointments cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the treatment price. •No-show appointments or those cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full treatment price. 3. Respecting Reserved Time: •Understand that your appointment slot was reserved exclusively for you. Short notice cancellations make it challenging to fill the time slot. 4.
